Law School Democrats of America (LSDA) is a national network working to bring law students into the critical work of defending democracy and advancing progressive electoral politics while still in law school.

From housing affordability to workers’ rights, the pursuit of justice runs through the ballot box.
LSDA mobilizes progressive law students to get involved — and does so while also providing
professional development opportunities for students who want to make progressive legal

Yesterday, the Arizona Supreme Court upheld an 1864 territorial law that bans abortion in almost every circumstance. This arcane law was passed before Arizona was even a state and before women could vote. This decision is a substantial setback to reproductive freedom, but we know that when we work together to stand up for our constitutional rights, we win.

LSDA believes that every person deserves the right to access an abortion and the reproductive care of their choice.
